As volume grew, Beko PL was tracking stock across spreadsheets with no real-time visibility. Goods-in, put-away and picking relied on paper and memory, which meant mis-picks, stock that never quite matched reality, and painful end-of-day reconciliation.
We built a full WMS around how the floor actually works: goods-in booking, location and bin mapping, real-time stock levels, barcode-guided picking and dispatch, plus reporting that finally reconciles inbound against outbound. Role-based access keeps the warehouse team, managers and office on the same live data.
