Last updated: 7 July 2026

Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Phiof Digital website at phiof.digital (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Separate written agreements apply to paid client work. These website terms do not replace project contracts, statements of work or service agreements.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
  • Introduce malware, scrape the Site excessively or interfere with its operation.
  • Use the Site in a way that infringes intellectual property or other rights.
  • Submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms.

Information on the Site

Content on the Site is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute legal, financial or technical advice.

We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee completeness. Case studies, pricing ranges and timelines are illustrative unless confirmed in writing for your project.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site — including text, branding, graphics and layout — is owned by or licensed to Phiof Digital and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry or booking a call does not create a client relationship or obligation for either party to proceed.

We may decline work that is not a good fit. Any commercial terms will be agreed separately in writing before work begins.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies. They form part of your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

We operate from the United Kingdom.
